HCS provides a variety of programs designed to suit your organization’s needs for human factors training. Custom training is conducted in a one, two, or three day workshop format, with a mixture of lecture and practical group exercises focused on client products in development. The FDA’s human factors industry guidance is the primary tool we use to focus the training on regulatory needs.
To provide an optimal learning experience, we incorporate your products into hands-on group exercises during our training workshops. These exercises focus on the analysis of use risks and the planning of usability tests you will need for your FDA approval process and compliance with the international medical device usability standard. Workshops can also incorporate discussions and reviews of your current SOPs for your human factors process.
In addition, on-line workshops can be designed and delivered via Zoom, Skype, or other virtual presence platforms.
